Geek Cuisine - Recipe #1

Down here, while watching an Agile development scrum, I thought it would be nice to share an engineer's breakfast recipe, here in the depths of development land:

1. Isolate leftovers from yesterday's lunch/dinner. Preferably Indian chicken dishes.
2. Find paper plate. Spray liberally with Pam.
3. Spoon healthy amount of isolated leftovers onto plate
4. Fill plate with liquid eggs in a carton. Ensure leftovers are properly covered and encircled.
5. Top with cheese or Jimmy Dean turkey sausage or ham, if appropriate
6. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, max, until eggs fluff
7. Lay flour tortilla on top of eggs. Flip plate to release egg mixture onto tortilla.
8. Roll or fold
9. Enjoy your Geek Frittata!

I hear Indian, Mexican, and even BBQ leftovers work particularly well. No word on chinese and fried chicken.

Easily the most disgusting thing I've ever heard of being eaten.
