Born to Run

I just read an amazing book called Born to Run. So inspiring! Apparently all we need are Chia seeds and our own bodies and we can run 15-20 miles per day. Innately.

One of my friends is reading this book, and he's ready to buy those five-toed shoes and hit the streets of greater Boston. Clearly this is an influential read.
